What are Settlement Reports?
Your Settlement Reports provide a daily or monthly overview of the funds transferred to your designated bank account and the fees SaltPay has deducted.
Your Daily Settlement Statement arrives to your registered email address each business day and covers the transactions from the day before. Your Monthly Settlement Report is an overview of the previous month's transactions, fees and settlements and arrives in the first half of the following month. Both reports can be accessed via SaltPay’s merchant portal B-Online and exported for accounting purposes.

Do I need to request these reports?
There is no action required from your side as you’ll receive these reports automatically to your primary contact email address. You can change your primary contact email address by following the steps in the following article Where can I change my settings on B-Online?
