How can I do refunds?
You can do refunds by accessing the Transaction history from the home screen and locating the correct transaction. This history will show 45 days in the past. Further back please refer to your dashboard. The manager PIN will be required during a refund.
Please note that if you have more than one terminal on the same contract, the Transaction history in each terminal shows the transactions from all of your terminals.
How can I search in Transaction history?
To view a specific transaction in the Transaction history you can either search by authentication code or filter by date. The authorisation code is the 6 or 7 character code printed on the receipt from the transaction.
The calendar icon can be used to search over a range of dates or down to a specific day. When looking at transaction from one day, please click twice on that single day.
How can I do a partial refund?
When you select a specific transaction, you'll be able to see the following options
Cancellation Full Refund or Partial Refund. The manager PIN will be required during a partial refund.
Can I cancel a transaction?
A transaction can be cancelled on the same day it was originally performed. This means the transaction will be voided and no money will ever move between you and the customer. It can only be done for the full amount of the transaction and requires the manager PIN.
