You can easily cancel authorizations on B-Online for payment page transactions. On the same day a transaction is made, it is still an authorization, but when the batch is sent and processed and the authorization then turns into a successful retail transaction.
To cancel a payment page authorization follow these simple steps
2. Under SecurePay select Transactions
3. Click on Search by period
4. Search using:
Payment page Merchant ID
Relevant date range
5. To cancel the authorization click Cancel shown in blue on the far right.
6. Make sure the the information is correct and you can add an email if you want your customer to receive a receipt for the cancellation. If everything looks good, and simply click Confirm Cancellation.
